AutoWallis Plc. (1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; hereinafter referred to as „Company”) in line with Clause 54 (9) of the Act No. CXX/2001 on capital markets, hereby publishes the composition of share capital of the Company and the number of voting rights attached to the shares.
According to the Company’s announcements published on 15 April 2021 registration of shares issued as consideration for apport through the Company Registry Court has been completed. KELER and stock exchange proceedings required for the introduction of the new ordinary shares are in progress.
